It is used for enzyme immobilization by adsorption (hydrophobic interaction) and it is particularly suitable for lipase immobilization such as CALB. Lifetech ECR1030M main features are high mechanical stability compared to other existing resins, low surface area that grants high enzyme activity at low protein loading.
